Delivery

Orders placed by 4 p.m. on a working day are packed the same day and usually arrive the next working day. You get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

• Free delivery on orders over $99.
• $9.99 for smaller orders.
• A signature may be needed for higher-value devices, so let us know in the order notes if you will be out.

Collect in store

Choose Collect in store at checkout and your order is usually ready within two hours. We email you when it is waiting at the counter at 88 Market Street, Chicago, IL 60606. Bring your order number, and pay when you collect.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return any device within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it comes back with everything that was in the box.

• Message us or call the store to start a return. We will send a free returns label, or you can bring it to the counter.
• Sign out of your accounts and turn off Find My or Find My Device before you send a phone, tablet or laptop back.
• We refund within five working days of receiving the return, the same way you paid.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 48 hours and we will collect it and send a replacement straight away, at no cost to you.

2-year warranty

Every device we sell is covered for 2 years against faults. Claims are handled by our own workshop: we repair the device, replace it or refund it, and we aim to have it back with you within a week.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or normal wear, but our workshop can usually repair those too. Ask us for a quote.

Trade-in

Tell us the model, storage and condition of your old device and we will reply with a quote the same day. Hand it over at the counter or send it with your new order, and we wipe it securely before it goes anywhere else.
